Current Assignment:

Operational oversight of all securities related activities including review and approval of each client account, investment suitability review for each client holding, and review and approval of all client communications. In addition to his duties as Managing Principal, Marc continues to develop client relationships for the Financial Services department with a primary focus toward professionals, business owners and high net-worth families.

Academic Background/Training:

Marc earned his bachelor’s degree in economics and finance from Grove City College and his law degree from The University of Pittsburgh where he concentrated on securities regulations, tax, corporate, contract and estate planning law. An investment advisory representative, Marc holds Series 7, 24, 63 and 65 securities licenses. He also holds licenses for life/health/accident and property & casualty insurance. Marc is now completing the courses required for the Chartered Financial Consultant designation; the highest designation available to financial service professionals through The American College.

Experience:

Marc has 16 years experience working with closely held business owners, professionals and higher net-worth individual clients, helping them develop personalized solutions in order to accomplish their unique financial objectives. He is often recognized by the financial services industry for his achievements.

Professional Strengths:

Marc has extensive experience in wealth management, insurance and estate planning, developing business succession/continuation strategies and implementing key employee retention strategies. Marc collaborates with a network of CPAs and attorneys in order to resolve complex client issues.

Personal Note:

Born and raised in the Pittsburgh area, Marc and his wife Chrisanne and their daughter Caril reside in Marshall Township, PA. Sharing a vision toward philanthropy and service, Marc and his family are active in their faith community. Marc is a past president and board member of the North Hills Jaycees organization; he enjoys cooking and making wine.
